Whats your yoga style? Down-to-earth, simple and fun. I love teaching different styles as it corresponds to my diverse personality. One of my main intentions as a teacher is that everybody can experience yoga, that’s why I offer different options in all of my classes. I love teaching yoga to complete beginners, I consider it a great honor to be able to introduce someone to the practice.
About me: Curious and dreamy, I have always had wide interests in many different things. Yoga was able to ground me, by giving me a routine that allowed me to channel my creativity. I was lucky to be introduced to yoga by my sports teacher in high school. When I was graduating, instead of revising each morning, I was actually practicing yoga as I noticed that my mind was clearer and I could remember things better. After graduation, it was my dream to go to India and attend a yoga teacher training, upon which I realized that I had barely scratched the surface. This motivated me to continue to explore and learn, through my own practice and teaching as well as attending a variety of workshops and trainings. Being a bit of a language nerd I also studied Sanskrit and South Asian religions.
What motivates you to get up every morning? The sun, the birds singing and just the general feeling of a new day, filled with potential and possibilities.
Favorite destination: The mountains, enjoying a rewarding view and taking off my shoes, after a challenging hike.
Favorite ice-cream flavor: Black sesame
