One of Laura’s favorite things about yoga is its ability to be used as a tool for healing. She is an EYRT-500 certified instructor that has over 20 years of experience in Yoga Therapy, and a variety of group classes including; Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Baby, Hatha, Vinyasa and Senior Yoga. Laura has a degree in Applied Science and Bodywork and has studied Wellness and Stress Management at South Dakota State University.

Hi, I am Yro, a mum and Yoga teacher specialized in Family Yoga with toddlers and older kids. I strongly believe that Yoga can teach children about their emotions and their bodies but also about kindness, confidence and self- expression. I love teaching Family Yoga as it provides parents with an opportunity to spend quality time with their kids and it strengthens the beautiful bonds between family members. My classes are adapted to the age of the children and together we explore Yoga poses via imaginary stories, which help to keep the child's attention. I use books and colorful props to make it visual, understandable and interesting for the small ones and we also breath, stretch, sing, play yoga games and relax. My aim is to keep the practice fun, respect everyone's natural rhythm and teach yoga in an amusing way, without forcing anything. I would be very glad to be part of your family's yoga journey!

My name is Elodie and I was born and raised in Luxembourg. I was an English teacher at a secondary school until I decided to pack up my life into a backpack and travel to South America, where I discovered who I really am and that my true calling is sharing my passion for yoga with others.

I have been teaching yoga for three years and I have completed two teacher trainings and am specialised in various styles of yoga (vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, tantra yoga). Whether you are an absolute beginner to yoga and want to start your practice or a more advanced practitioner and want to deepen your practice or work on arm balances and inversions, you will be able to immerse yourself in your practice with my guidance and hands-on adjustments when/if needed and agreed upon beforehand.

Hi, I’m Julie! A little about myself: I am a former English literature student & as such a self proclaimed bookworm. I love to incorporate mantras, storytelling, quotes & poetry into my teaching to help people get out of their own heads & busy lives, & bring them into the moment. 

I have completed a 200h Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training, as well as a 50h Yin Yoga & an 85h Prenatal Yoga training – all of these have led me to lead and promote a slower, gentler life. That is why I highly encourage my students to come to stillness & create more peace in their lives through mindfulness exercises – yoga, pranayama (breath work) & meditation. My approach includes teaching sequences that are adaptable to individual needs, as well as encouraging my students to learn to listen to their bodies & breath for guidance. Intuitive movement is key to learning to move with respect for the body & in tune with one’s own nervous system. I firmly believe we have all the answers we need for stress management within us, we just need to learn to listen to the body’s signs.

Hi, I’m Kathelijne, my yoga journey has started in 2017 due to an accident. A very bad break (of my left shoulder/upper arm) literally forced me to stop, pause and overthink my entire lifestyle and very hectic former job as a designer. During these exhausting yet very enriching six months of recovery, many hours of physiotherapy and even more hours in the Yoga Studio, I finally learned to listen to my body’s needs and Yoga has helped me each step of this way.

I got so inspired that I quit my job, packed my bags and went on a life changing experience in India, my first Yoga Teacher Training (200hrs of Hatha & Vinyasa in Rishikesh 2018). This is where I rediscovered myself and my entire perception of life and my body’s amazing healing powers that we all withhold within ourselves. My personal experience has led me to complete another 200hrs of multi-style Yoga, 50hrs of Yin Yoga Therapy Training (based on the knowledge of our meridian system) and a 50hrs Yin-Yang training with a focus on balancing our bodies energies. (all of them online during Covid in 2020).
