One of Laura’s favorite things about yoga is its ability to be used as a tool for healing. She is an EYRT-500 certified instructor that has over 20 years of experience in Yoga Therapy, and a variety of group classes including; Yin, Restorative, Prenatal, Baby, Hatha, Vinyasa and Senior Yoga. Laura has a degree in Applied Science and Bodywork and has studied Wellness and Stress Management at South Dakota State University.

I have been teaching yoga for three years and I have completed two teacher trainings and am specialised in various styles of yoga (vinyasa, hatha, yin, restorative, tantra yoga). Whether you are an absolute beginner to yoga and want to start your practice or a more advanced practitioner and want to deepen your practice or work on arm balances and inversions, you will be able to immerse yourself in your practice with my guidance and hands-on adjustments when/if needed and agreed upon beforehand.
