My teaching style: I can only teach what I know, and I only know what I practice. Yin yoga became one of my favorite yoga styles for my own practice and also for my teaching. I’m more interested in the way that each student experiences the asana and the authenticity of their own practice rather than how they look, as each student has a unique body, breath and mind.
I like also a mix of Yang/Yin, a quite gentle and meditative flow before holding the poses for a longer time to balance the physical, energetic and mental levels.
I notice that my practice evolves depending on where I am in life. Sometimes I can cherish the deep breath that take place in downdog and sometimes child’s pose is all my body wants.
About me: I started my yoga journey in 1997 and I’m still grateful to Conny, my first yoga teacher. She delivered me an experience, not a workout, and she always had something to say about the spiritual process - this was what excited me most and motivated me to do my Sivananda Yoga teacher training in 2014 and to spread the yoga love so that my students would benefit as I have and fall in love with themselves. But my yoga training certificate was just the doorway into the lifelong school of experience.
Where you’ll find me when I am not at yogaloft: When I’m not on my mat, you can find me on my bicycle riding alongside the Moselle, always attracted by the water and fresh air. In wintertime, somewhere in Spain walking for hours on the beach.
In summer I love to stay in Luxembourg where you can find me on Paname’s terrace savoring my capuccino or at Bargello, making the best ice cream in town!

One thing you have achieved that you are really proud of: During spring and summer I work as a volunteer in a project that is close to my heart, called “Solidaric Agriculture.” The aim is to increase awareness about sustainable agricultural practices. As a ‘vata’ type the connection to nature and earth helps me to balance my doshas.
One of my passions is hugging and I’m so grateful for my volunteer work in the nursery of “Maison Françoise Dolto” providing emotional support.
