Whats your yoga style? I did a teacher training in hatha yoga that’s why my practice is strongly based on alignment, tradition and connection to the breath. During the lockdown in 2020 I did a restorative yoga and yoga nidra teacher training which hooked me on slow, thorough and relaxing practice that’s great for any intention that is present in the class. Whenever you want strength, stretch and good focus on the breath, come over to my class and discover the ways of your body that you might not have known.
About me: My mother is a fitness trainer who hooked me to sport since my early childhood. Through dancing I discovered the beauty of self expression through moving and how can you express yourself through moving without learning yourself first? That’s how I came to yoga. I am a human orchestra who does many things at the same time. From Yoga to photography, to graphic design, radio hosting and cultural programmation and communication, thats why yoga is essential to my life to keep all of these things in balance.
Where you will find me when I am not in yogaloft: You can mainly see me at the concerts, outdoor terraces (balance!), exhibitions or cycling around Luxembourg city.
Favorite Food: Summer salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, paprika, lots of dill, and sunflower oil…then dipping some bread in this sunflower oil.. if you know you know!
Favorite Destination: Anywhere by the sea. Being born and raised by the sea it is an essential part of my being. I love water and feel the most at home near the water. Plus, I love the culture of going to the beach for the whole day. Just lay there carefree, burn my skin and bleach my hair with the sun.
