My teaching style: I like to teach what I like to practice: a nice sweaty yogic warm-up for awakening, some grounding asanas to get into the present moment, an arm balance and/or inversion to have fun and finally a well-deserved savasana with a relaxing massage to feel good, hmmm!

About me: Since my peaceful and protected childhood in Luxembourg, I have always loved to move and been into sports. After high school, I studied in Brussels. My desire to discover the world, brought me to Brazil where I taught in a Swiss school for one year. Years later, after having founded a family back in Luxembourg, I took my first yoga class called “Fly High Yoga!” I came out of it with a feeling of lightness, of rejuvenation and of “no worries;” just like that little girl who came home years ago from the gymnastic classes I loved or from the playground climbing trees. However, very quickly, I understood that there was more behind it than just a physical workout: practicing yoga allows me to ground myself, to connect to myself and to others. While sharing kindness and understanding, I not only feel better myself, but I also make others feel better which I hope helps to make the world a little bit better. Yoga also allows me to find calmness in my busy life as a schoolteacher and as a mother of two lively kids. While focusing on the present moment during my practice and during my teaching, I manage to come home relaxed and open to the new challenges that life offers me and my beloved!
