Whats your yoga style? My Vinyasa classes are energizing, with the intention to guide you and explore together arm balances and inversions. My intention is to leave students happy, energized, encouraged and also relaxed. My flows work towards building strength, flexibility and balance.

About me: I’m French. I was born in the North of France, and moved to the South of France for my studies in 2010. I then started to travel (China, South India where I discovered yoga and started practicing, London where I lived for 5 years, New York, North India, Bali,..). I’m a practitioner, I’m a student. I need to feel full to be able to transmit. All my travels are pretty much related to yoga practice and personal growth. In 2020, I enrolled in a 200hrs Teacher Training with Mathieu Boldron in Paris and since then, I was able to practice and learn from other teachers such as Jared Mc Cann.

Most memorable yoga experience: When traveling to New York City in 2017, I took the chance to drop in a yoga class at Jivamukti Yoga studio. The class was a life changing experience to me with one of the most inspiring teacher I ever had. The voice, the mantra singing, the pranayama, the sequence, transformed me truly.

Guilty pleasure: Avocado toast and pizza :)

Favorite destination: At my grandmother’s house in Hautes-Pyrénées with my family for Christmas.

This class is designed to understand the basic elements of achieving lift in arm balances and inversions from their most foundational and basic form to their intermediate progressions. Yoga inversion is a category of yoga asanas, or poses, that place your head below your heart and hips, therefore “inverting” your body from its normal upright position. Any pose in which your heart is higher from the ground than your head is considered an inversion asana. Arm balance asanas in yoga can be challenging, but also a very rewarding part of any yoga practice. They are beneficial as strength builders, they promote great circulation and demand ultimate concentration of the mind. Intermediate Music Played.

Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-limbed or Hatha-Raja Yoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation. The balancing, back bending, twisting and inversion variations increase in difficulty with the level. of the class and special meditative headstand and shoulder stand practices are introduced. This practice finishes with deep relaxation, breathing exercises and concentration/meditation to bring a deep sense of calm, increased sense of balance, peace and invigorated energy to all students. Dharma Yoga was created by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1975. The physical posture practice (Asana) tones and invigorates the body and mind, leading to enhanced flexibility, strength, balance and concentration. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditative techniques regulate the heartbeat, de-stress the nervous system and calm the mind. Guided deep healing relaxation or Yoga Nidra relieves stress, slows down the thoughts, calms the mind and recharges one’s physical body.
