Whats your yoga style? Hatha yoga. My practice is mindful and deep. Intensity varies from very gentle to strong, depends on many factors.

About me: I am Kris, I fell in love with yoga a long time ago, and it becomes part of my life as well as an important tool and self-management system. It improved my well-being in all possible ways. I am cheerful, social and human being. I enjoy sunny days, meaningful conversations, intellectual and personal growth. I believe in people. I see everything as a process, a journey.
