My teaching style: Meditation, yin yoga, playful kids & family yoga.
I usually start the class by tapping into its energy. I like to incorporate nada yoga and vibrational techniques that can promote well-being and healing on a cellular level. Additionally, I use various elements like reiki energy, mindfulness and sounds (crystal bowls, koshi chimes etc.) which allow the participants to feel rejuvenated and restored, with a sense of deep peace.
