My teaching style: My classes bring together breath awareness, connection to the present moment and an invigorating vinyasa flow. The tone is always serene and grounding even in the most challenging asanas, guiding you inward to explore a deeper connection to your inner self. Through mindful movements and fluid transitions, you’ll find a revitalizing flow that uplifts your spirit and energizes your body.
About me: I was born and raised in Italy and have been living in Luxembourg for over 10 years. It was here, at a turning point in my life, that I began practicing yoga. The path of yoga, both from a practitioner and a teacher standpoint, is the most transformative and powerful lifetime journey I have been experiencing: it is bringing me always one step closer to my true self and it fosters a deeper connection with the others. Deepening my knowledge and sharing what I learn about yoga is a true gift. When I started teaching, I realized that this is my real yoga! It is when I feel most connected to the present moment, to myself, and to others.
Favorite Destination: Wherever nature is at its best! I love traveling to Greece (my favorite secret beach is in Crete) and hiking in vast, open spaces to feel a real connection with nature (Dolomites, Canada, Grand Canyon, Alaska, and many more to come!). My city, Rome, always holds a special place in my heart.
Most memorable yoga experience: The teacher trainings I have attended so far (the 200-hour Power Vinyasa at yogaloft. and the 75-hour Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior) have been truly transformative experiences. They deeply changed my perception of life and guided me to overcome my fears. It is also where I met friends with whom I share sweat, tears, and fun on our shared spiritual path!
