My teaching style: I teach hatha, yin yoga and meditation… pretty much what I practice by my own! In my classes I love to bring awareness into the body, emotions and mind not only through asanas but also through breathing and meditation.

About me: I started my yoga journey during my university studies together with a friend, and since then my practice has adapted over time, places and needs. I decided to study the Sivananda lineage 200hr YTT with the desires of deepening my practice and understanding, and I continued to learn and explore yin yoga and anatomy. Yoga has taught me to take a moment to care for myself regardless of the situation I am in.

Where you’ll find me when I am not at yogaloft: Hiking in the woods or reading a book.

Most memorable yoga experience:
The last savasana of the end of my 200H YTT, a transporting and engaging sensation on my sixth chakra.

Favorite Food: Broccoli with sesame seeds in the oven… simple and delicious.
