Flavia Coghi
Studio Manager
My teaching style: My classes encourage a deep connection between body, mind, and breath, offering students a space to explore their own inner journey. Whether it's grounding through Dharma Yoga, Hatha, or flowing with Vinyasa, my goal to inspire people to experience a more integrated, joyful, and love-filled life through every session.
About me: Born and raised in Brazil, I first pursued a career in architecture after graduating from the University of Belas Artes of São Paulo. My professional journey began with managing my family’s company. I started practicing yoga in 2002, and after moving to Europe in 2016, life led me to fully embrace my true passion—teaching yoga.
In 2025, I took on an exciting new challenge as the studio manager of yogaloft. Managing all locations allows me to combine my passion for yoga with my professional skills in leadership and community building. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment across all 5 yogaloft studios, where students can explore their practice and find personal growth on and off the mat.
Most memorable yoga experience: One of the most transformative experiences of my yoga journey was completing my 500-hours Life of Yogi training in New York with Sri Dharma Mittra himself. Practicing under the guidance of such a legendary teacher was both humbling and inspiring. Dharma's teachings went far beyond the physical practice—he embodied the very essence of compassion, humility, and devotion. His wisdom and presence deeply impacted my approach to both my personal practice and my teaching. The time spent learning from him reminded me that yoga is a path of service (karma), love, and continuous self-discovery. It reinforced my belief that teaching yoga is not just about guiding Asanas but about sharing a way of life that fosters inner peace and joy in the world around us.
Guilty pleasure: Pasta! Whether it’s a simple spaghetti aglio e olio or a rich lasagna, it’s my go-to comfort food.
Favorite yoga pose: It depends on the day! I love all poses for their unique benefits, but inversions hold a special place in my practice, reminding me to see the world from a new perspective.
