My teaching style: My teaching is grounded in mindfulness, presence, and slowing down. I focus on how movement feels rather than how it looks, with an emphasis on restorative yoga, stillness, and silence. My classes create space to pause, breathe, and reconnect, blending movement with deep rest. I also incorporate sound meditations to support relaxation and inner awareness.

About me: I’m Chloe, an outdoor adventurer, yoga teacher, and mindset coach. Yoga became my anchor during a time of big life transitions, and it continues to be my way of staying present through all of life’s twists and turns. Beyond the mat, I’m passionate about hiking, travel, and helping others step into bold, adventurous lives. I believe yoga isn’t just about movement—it’s about how we show up for ourselves every day.

One thing you have achieved that you are really proud of: I hiked from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail—4,200 km—with zero backpacking experience. It changed my life and opened the door to a world of adventure. These days, I’m still chasing trails, exploring new places, and sharing the journey. I am inspired by: People who chase their dreams despite fear, the wild landscapes that remind me how small I am, and the quiet strength of those who keep showing up, no matter what.

Why I Love Yoga: Yoga is my way of coming home to myself. It reminds me to slow down, to listen, and to find stillness in the chaos of life. It’s more than movement—it’s a practice of presence, resilience, and self-compassion. It has given me the tools to navigate change and the courage to embrace the unknown.
