Ananda (Clém)
My teaching style: I strive to teach from the heart, creating a warm and welcoming space where each student can unfold their unique yoga journey. My mission is to go beyond the mat, empowering you with tools that resonate long after the final savasana. I believe that we're not just practicing yoga; we're cultivating a lifestyle of well-being.
Inspired by the rich philosophy of yoga, my sequences are thoughtfully crafted to harmonize mind, body, and breath. I believe in the power of chanting, the rhythm of breath, and the magic that happens when a room is filled with dedicated souls, all tuned into the inner teacher within. Passionate about adjustments and cues, I try to make everyone feel comfortable embraced by the practice.
What truly lights up my practice is witnessing a room come alive with the collective energy of focused students, each listening to the whispers of their inner guide. I adore the symphony of breath and flow, the gentle reminders that we are all connected in this sacred journey.
About me: Yoga made me realize that I am a loving and compassionate person, and it is the reason why I feel the need to teach. I want to share love and compassion because I strongly believe that it is the key for a beautiful life.
Most memorable yoga experience: Practicing yoga on a roof top at 6am in Cape Town while the sun is rising on Lion’s Head and Table Mountain.
Guilty pleasure: Giving hugs to people. I used to be the least touchy feely person in the world and now I feel like hugging everyone, all the time.
Favorite destination: Cape Town in South Africa. I lived there for five years, and it will always feel like home.
