Whats your yoga style? A soulful and uplifting flow to engage your whole body and mind, using breath to tap into and reset the nervous system and initiate a relaxation response in body and mind so you can leave with all the post-yoga bliss feels!
About me: I grew up in Ireland and moved to Lux in my mid 20s. At the time, finding a great variety of yoga classes and yoga community wasn’t as easy in Luxembourg as it is now. I’m very grateful for how that has evolved and it ultimately it led me to having the “right time, right place” moment here in Luxembourg where I completed my teacher training. I can’t remember my first yoga class but it was probably around 15 years ago when I was searching for something a little “deeper” than a purely physical workout. What I found has kept me on the path of wanting to learn and know more about this ancient tradition and practice. Yoga softens the edges for me and when life gets a little crazy, keeping my practice has always allowed me to hold onto the bit that makes me “me.”
Favorite food: If it comes with avocado and feta I’m probably ordering it.
I am inspired by: My grandmother who lived until 102, was infinitely wise and someone I only ever knew to be content and at peace with her lot!
Aims and Goals for the future: Think less and do more.
